Polinema Library Holds Benchmark Digital Library Services to Higher Education Libraries in Yogyakarta

On the 23rd and 25th of February 2023, Polinema Library hosted a benchmarking activity for Yogyakarta’s Higher Education Libraries, including the Indonesian Islamic University Library (UII), Gadjah Mada University Library (UGM), and Yogyakarta State University Library (UNY). This activity was carried out as part of a working visit to improve the Polinema Library’s Digital Library Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. This series of activities provided the Polinema Library’s leadership and staff with a wealth of new material and information about the digital library service mechanism, both technical and non-technical aspects, as well as long-term planning for how to manage digital libraries.

It is hoped that by participating in this activity, the Head of the Polinema Library, Mr. Syamsul Arifin, S.Pd., will broaden his horizons and motivate all Polinema Library staff to improve their services and joint commitment, particularly in providing digital library services to users. (Yuda)
