Collaborating with East Java FPPTI, Polinema Library Conducts Library Material Maintenance Workshop Activities

Polinema Library organized a session on March 11, 2023 in the Metro Valley of Batu City with the East Java FPPTI chairperson Melati Purba Bestari, S.Sos regarding the upkeep of library items at Polinema Library. The preparation and implementation of the inventory and weeding of library resources are the key objectives of this activity. The content was presented by the head of FPPTI East Java and included five key points: team formation, scheduling, accurate data gathering, carrying out stock taking and weeding, and reporting on activity outcomes.

The goal of this workshop activity is to provide participants with more information on how to implement stock taking and weeding activities at Polinema Library properly and effectively without shutting down services, allowing patrons to continue using the facility’s resources. (Yuda)
