The library as a center for information sources has various demands in line with the development of the information society. On the other hand, librarian as an information agent in it as the key holder can the library handle these various demands. One of the concrete manifestations is to try to build a mindset and paradigm of information management without neglecting technological developments, namely by implementing technologies in the library both for ease of user access and ease in the management process.

It should be noted another aspect that the librarian here is not only a manager of technological elements, data and so on. We can make this happen by providing information access skills training to users to sources that are relevant to their needs, designing methods both in the form of concepts or products intended for users as easy access to information, giving ideas in the form of being diligent in making written works. , research and so on for the sake of scientific librarian development, especially those related to information literacy and so on. If all of that can be realized, it is not impossible that the future generations in the future will be more advanced and will automatically have an impact on the progress of the Indonesian state where they have creative ideas and are always innovative with their information literacy competencies.
