Circulations

Circulation service is a service of Polinema Library which serves the problem of borrowing, returning and extending the book collection period with the following procedure provisions:

Loan Services

Start transaction.

The user shows a member card that is still active.

Visitors fill in the library visitors list.

Visitors go to the TRACK / OPAC computer and look for library material information (available).

Visitors go directly to the bookshelf by noting the book classification number, (not) finished the collection is not found.

Visitors find the book they need and head to the Circulation section.

Visitors write their NIM and Name on a stamp and yellow card.

The visitor shows the KTM to the officer.

The circulation officer performs the loan data entry process through the loan form.

Return Service

Start returns.

Users come to the circulation of book returns and the books are received by the librarian.

Books are checked by officers (late or not; good condition, damaged or lost).

(Too late) If the user is late, the user will be subject to a fine and the book will not be issued in the return system before the administrative fine is paid. (Not Late) the book will be immediately issued from the system or deleted by the borrower.

Loan-Return Rules

Loan Amount

Each student (member) is allowed to borrow 5 books within the same period of time in the library.

Fines or Punishment

If the borrowing time limit as mentioned above is exceeded, the borrower will be subject to a penalty for books amounting to IDR 200.- per book per day when it’s late.
