Reference and final report services are one of the services of Library Polinema which is intended for users, especially as a means of accessing reference collections which include dictionary encyclopedias and so on, as well as a collection of final reports which include: Final Report (D3) and Thesis (D4). Some of the technical procedures for performing these services can be seen in the SOP below:

Fill out the attendance list.

Provide SLIP photocopy permission.

Users are welcome to photocopy the reference collection.

Receive and check photocopy lending book data.

If there is a delay in collection:
Users are subject to administrative fines and books are not removed from the system before the fines are paid.

The clerk recapitulated and made photocopied book reports.
